On the upper part well-known symbols of England are depicted in deep relief, as there are gilded crowns, fleur-de-lis and Tudor roses.  
The lower rim depicts the London crest in the front, surrounded by he coat of arms of cities in England.
 

The front is devoted to sights of London: The Thames River with Tower & London Bridges, the London Eye Ferris wheel, a Queen's Guard at Buckingham palace and Big Ben.
